Everything else on this site runs in your browser and transmits nothing. This feature cannot: removing a watermark like SynthID means regenerating the picture through a diffusion model, and that model is too large to run on most devices.
If you continue, your image is uploaded to this site, processed, and sent back. The work takes minutes rather than the length of one request, so it is held in storage on this site’s own account while it runs, and a rented GPU is given a link that reaches that one image, for one hour, and nothing else. The upload is deleted once its job is finished, the result is deleted as you download it, and anything still there is gone within 24 hours. Nothing is logged or used for training. Your browser only ever connects to this same site.
This costs one credit for a picture up to four megapixels, and two above that. It is taken when the job is accepted and given back if the job fails on our side. A batch is sent one image at a time, and a large photograph takes a minute or two, cut into overlapping tiles so that its full resolution survives.
Choosing to keep it here still removes the Stable Diffusion mark and all metadata, which this site can do locally and can prove.
