Terms
What you can expect from this site and what it expects from you. Last changed on 16 August 2026.
Who you are dealing with
No AI Watermark is operated from the Netherlands. Contact is by email at support@no-ai-watermark.com, which is also where a complaint should go.
What the service is
Tools that find and remove machine-readable marks in content you own: invisible characters and look-alike letters in text, metadata and signed provenance in files, and Google’s SynthID in pictures.
Everything except SynthID removal runs inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and no account is needed for any of it. Removing SynthID redraws the photograph through a diffusion model on a GPU, which cannot run on most devices, so that one feature sends the image to us and needs an account.
The tools do what they say and no more. Nothing here can tell you whether text was written by a person, nothing produces a confidence score, and removing a mark this site can see is not a guarantee that no other mark exists.
What you may use it for
Content you own or are entitled to change. You are responsible for that, and for what you do with the result.
Do not use the service to misrepresent authorship of somebody else’s work, to defeat a mark on content you have no right to alter, or to break the law where you are. We can end an account that does.
Accounts
An account is needed only for the cloud feature. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account; tell us if you think somebody else has it.
You can delete your account at any time from settings. Deleting it ends any subscription and removes your credit history.
Credits, and what they buy
One credit is one image through the GPU, up to four megapixels. Above that, and up to the eight megapixel ceiling, an image costs two credits, because a larger picture is more tiles and tiles are what the hardware bills for.
Every plan is granted its credits on the same day each month, including yearly plans. Credits do not roll over: an allowance is replaced rather than added to. Free accounts get 3 a month, Pro 75, Max 200 and Ultra 1000.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not sold separately from a plan.
Paying
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card. Prices shown include VAT where it applies, so the figure on the pricing page is the figure you pay.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from billing, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days and your plan keeps working during that time. If it never succeeds, the account returns to free.
Refunds
A failed job is always refunded. If an image fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically, and your usage page shows it. You do not have to ask.
A result you did not like is not a failure and is not refunded. The GPU time was spent, and the pricing page says what the feature does and does not promise before you buy.
Beyond that: if you subscribe and have spent no credits in the current period, write to us within 14 days and we will refund that period in full. This is deliberately more generous than the law requires of a digital service you have started using, because a plan bought by mistake is not a sale worth keeping.
EU and UK consumers have a 14 day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Starting to use a digital service within that period normally waives it, and by spending a credit you are asking us to begin. The paragraph above is what we offer instead.
Your files
Files handled in your browser never reach us. For the one feature that does upload, the picture is stored only as long as the job needs: the upload is deleted the moment the job finishes, the result is deleted as you download it, and anything still there for any reason is gone within 24 hours.
We do not look at your images, and nothing is used to train anything. The privacy page is specific about all of it.
What is not promised
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that a mark will always be removed, or that a regenerated picture will suit every purpose. Removal of a learned watermark is content-dependent and this site says so wherever it comes up rather than in this section alone.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms can change. A change that materially affects a paying subscriber will be sent to the address on the account before it applies, and the date at the top of this page always says when it last moved.
Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the law where you live.
Plans start at $4.99 a month. See pricing for what each one includes.
